  1. Shipping Policy

    Ships Time
    Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 working days via Poslaju.

    Shipping Coverage
    Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

    Shipping Cost
    The cost for expedited shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

  2. Exchange & Refund Policy
    Exchange:
    • We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.
    • Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer's defect.
    • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
    • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of kiroii.com reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
    • We do not accept exchanges for custom made / personalized items. 
    • Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

    • Upon returning your item to us, please email sales@kiroii.com with the following information:-
      1) Your Name ( As per Order )
      2) Order ID
      3) Reason for return
    • We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.

    Refund:
    • Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect and request within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.
